Which mean we have either reinstall the printer and select an active TS port. Or we go into the printer properties and change it from an inactive port to and active one every time. WebLog on as the user to the TS server and print a test page and it fails, check the port and it says inactive TS port. Log out, log back in as the admin and it prints the test page i queued up from the user logon.
